Avoid the queue's and save time on the night by exchanging your e-receipt for tickets in advance. The box office is open during office hours. There is a £1 per ticket handling fee - you can avoid this by coming in and paying cash. TOM regrets it is unable to exchange or refund tickets once purchased.
