To Collect Tickets Booked Directly Through Us:
Simply present your CREDIT / DEBIT CARD or a form of ID at Box Office. Alternatively, show us your order confirmation on a smartphone, or printed. You may also be asked to confirm the POSTCODE on your account.
To Collect Tickets Booked Via 3rd Parties:
If you have booked via a third party [such as SEE Tickets, WeGotTickets or MusicGlue], please see your ticket confirmation for collection instructions.
We offer concession rates on the majority of our shows. Unless otherwise specified, concession ticket rates apply to the following groups:
>> Full-time students, with current and valid student ID.
>> Registered unemployed (in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance.)
>> Those aged over 65.
>> Those aged under 16 (under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult)
Please bring proof of status with you when booking or collecting tickets, as front of house staff may ask for confirmation.

Each transaction processed using a credit or debit card will incur a £1.70 transaction fee online and on the phone. Cash and card payments made in person at the Box Office incur no transaction fee.
Transaction fees cover our box office operating costs. An unlimited number of tickets may be purchased in one transaction.

The show I want to see looks sold out. Is there any way I can still get a ticket?
Perhaps. Often TOM’s Box Office is not the only outlet for tickets, so it’s worth trying other official ticketing websites, like See Tickets, or local sellers, like Resident Records. If no others have availability, it’s likely that the event is completely sold out, as we rarely release ‘extra tickets’. Be sure to Sign Up for our eNewsletter to hear about new show confirmations first.
I can no longer attend the event I booked for, can I return my tickets?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any refunds or exchanges.
I have lost my ticket. What should I do?
Since our box office system stores information on all issued tickets, we can often help out, even if you’ve lost your tickets. If you can’t find a ‘e-receipt’ that has been emailed to you, get in touch with us, as we should be able to re-send it to you. If you had already collected your physical tickets, give us a ring or send an email with as much detail as you can regarding your booking.
Why do I need to provide contact details when booking?
Our box office system requires a customer account to be allocated to each booking. There are two important reasons for this:
1) If there are any problems with your booking, or changes to the event, we can get in touch with you directly,
2) If you need to get in touch with us about your booking, we have various references to use.
We also give you the option to sign up for our e-newsletter, but none of your details will be used for any marketing purposes unless you express a wish to do so.
Is there any way to avoid paying the card transaction fee?
