EVENTS AND SALES MANAGER

Contract: Two year fixed term (with option to extend), full time
Salary: £30,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week / 5 days
Holidays: 28 statutory days per annum (including bank holidays)
Working Hours: Office hours are 10-6pm Monday-Friday. Weekends and Evenings are required in this role, to deliver external events. A TOIL (time off in lieu) system is in place for weekend and evening work.

This new role is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the delivery and growth of our commercial hires, whilst supporting the wider organisation to thrive. You will drive the sale and delivery of high-quality commercial hires. These might include, but are not limited to, weddings, conferences, meetings, and parties; whilst also supporting the administration of TOM’s Artistic Programme.
